ETHICS AND EXCELLENCE: HON. ASIMI BAGS PRESTIGIOUS AWARD
The Executive Chairman of Ikenne Local Government, Hon. Jamiu Mohammed Asimi, was on Thursday, 26th June 2025, honoured with an Award of Excellence as an Ambassador of Ethics and Self-Value Orientation by the Centre for Ethics and Self-Value Orientation. The award was in recognition of his outstanding leadership and performance in key areas such as Education, Economic Development, Security, Transparency and Accountability, Community Engagement, Service Delivery, and Budget Execution. The Head of Local Government Administration (HOLGA), Mr. Wole Abraham Adeosun, FCIA, in his welcome address, appreciated the Centre for identifying and honouring the Executive Chairman as one of the few Local Government Chairmen selected for this prestigious award.
